Win Back Members Campaigns

Every year, there are going to be some members that lapse. As frustrating as that can be the good news is, that doesn’t have to be the end of the road for those members. You could still potentially win them back - with the right strategy in place. This Community of Practice will focus on those campaigns that bring past members back to your association.

MSAE's Lansing Membership Community of Practice has been created to regularly provide a forum for membership professionals to discuss membership-related issues, concerns and great ideas.

Lori J. Birman, CAE will facilitate the group.

These meetings are free to attend, and count towards CAE credits. For Association Professionals Only
