Human Resources Community of Practice

Are you an MSAE member responsible for the human resources for your association? MSAE's Human Resource Community of Practice has been created to regularly provide a forum for HR peers to discuss HR-related issues, concerns and great ideas. If you are interested in being part of this community, we welcome you.

At our April 26th meeting we'll be discussing how to manage the challenges and leverage the opportunities of multiple generations in the workplace.  Our guest speaker is Bernadette Johnson from People Matters LLC.  She has nearly three decades in the learning and organizational development fields, serving numerous industries.  Her experience in the areas of culture alignment, leadership development, performance improvement, change/transition management, group process and intentional dialogues enablers her to create fertile ground for developing greatness in others while achieving results in organizations.

The moderator will be Jodi Wehling and the topic for this meeting will be Different Generations in the Workplace.
